Bradbury Hall Developments has got the go-ahead for a £20m hotel on the outskirts of Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
The Casa hotel scheme at Lockoford Lane, just off the A61, will comprise 100 bedrooms and a 16,000 sq ft office on the top two floors of the building.
It has been designed by Careyjones architects.
