Westfield has committed to revive the stalled £260m Bradford Broadway development in West Yorkshire next month.
The recommencement of work means a shopping complex will rise from the hole in the ground left almost six years ago. Westfield has pre-let more than 50% of the 570,000 sq ft centre. It will begin construction work on the site, which it sold to Meyer Bergman, in January. The Bradford Broadway shopping centre will open in time for Christmas 2015.
