Braemar Shipping Services has signed a lease for a new London headquarters at One Strand, WC2.
The firm, advised by BC Retail, is understood to have agreed a 15-year lease with a 10-year break option for 27,799 sq ft at Wainbridge’s West End block.
A deal at close to £80 per sq ft was struck, according to West End agents.
The letting comes after Braemar Shipping Services finalised a merger with ACM Shipping Group in July.
Bluebook, Colliers International and JLL acted for Wainbridge.
