Brands Hatch Leisure, the recently floated motor racing circuit operator, is still fighting for the deal to run the Donnington Park circuit.
Last Thursday, Two Four Sports announced that it was paying £40m for the 25-year lease paying £5m up front.
But Brands Hatch chief executive, Nicola Foulston believes that Two Four has jumped the gun – contracts for the deal have not been exchanged.
