Richard Branson’s Virgin is poised to sell its Kensington Roof Gardens restaurant and nightclub for more than £4m.
Publicist Matthew Freud is bidding to turn the club into a Third Space gym, while nightclub owner Howard Spooner wants to buy the whole business to continue running it as a club.
