Brasserie Bar Co has secured £13.5m of funding to expand its fledgling pub-restaurant arm, White Brasserie.
The business, backed by chef Raymond Blanc, hopes to open 15-20 pubs over the next three years. It currently has two. Brasserie Bar Co also runs 19 Brasserie Blanc restaurants.
