Brent Council has approved 3,348 homes across three major schemes in the borough.
The planning committee on 10 February approved a new masterplan from Berkeley’s St George, ZEDHomes’ second attempt for Abbey Manufacturing Estate, and Ziser London’s build-to-rent scheme at the former Matalan site on Cricklewood Broadway.
Eight councillors unanimously backed St George’s plans for an uplift of homes in the latter phases of Grand Union (pictured), bringing the scheme to 3,350 homes.
Ziser London received five votes in favour of its 238-flat Stoll Square BTR scheme. ZEDHomes secured a win with seven votes for its revised 684-flat development at Abbey Manufacturing Estate.
