Molson Coors Brewing Company has signed a six-month lease for 200,000 sq ft at CBRE Investors’ Marchington Industrial Estate in Staffordshire. It will pay £3.50 per sq ft.
Molson Coors was unrepresented; GVA, Kingston Commercial and CB Richard Ellis are letting agents at Marchington.
