Investment adviser Brewin Dolphin has confirmed a move to Atria Edinburgh, a circa 200,000 sq ft development next to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
It will move to the scheme in June 2013.
Brewin Dolphin has agreed to take around 48,000 sq ft in the development. Rents in the scheme are around £32 per sq ft.
Marc Wilkinson, head of Brewin Dolphin in Edinburgh, said: “This consolidation will give us further room for expansion in the future and it will be very positive to bring all Brewin Dolphin staff in Edinburgh under one roof. We are excited about the move and are already working with the design team and contractor on our fit out.”
Atria Edinburgh is being developed by Edinburgh council and is split between two buildings. It is the only speculative city centre office building in the UK outside London and the South East to offer more than 100,000 sq ft by early 2013.
Atria One comprises 186,519 sq ft over seven floors while the smaller Atria Two provides 13,218 sq ft split over two office levels. Both buildings will be available for occupation in the first quarter of 2013.
Jones Lang LaSalle and Montagu Evans are letting agents on the scheme; Savills is acting for Brewin Dolphin.
