Briarglen has been given the go-ahead for its 36,600 sq ft (3,400 sq m) development at South Anne Street, off Dublin’s main retail centre at Grafton Street.
The scheme will provide 15,000 sq ft (1,393 sq m) of shops and 21,500 sq ft (1,997 sq m) of offices over three floors.
Joint letting agents CB Hamilton Osborne King and DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald expect demand from international fashion retailers.
