Bridge Properties adds tenant to Warrington’s Element

Glen Dimplex Home Appliances has taken part of the first-floor workspace at Element in Birchwood, near Warrington, Cheshire. The deal for the 6,806 sq ft office has been signed for five years. Quoting rents in the building, which is owned by Bridge Properties, start at £21 per sq ft. Element, formerly known as Dominion House, has good links to the M6 and M62 motorways and provides 39,707 sq ft of space across suites ranging from 2,088 sq ft to 14,068 sq ft. The property includes a business lounge, a gym and a café with outdoor terrace, along with car and cycle parking and EV charging points. Daniel Barnes, director at Savills, which acted for Bridge Properties, said: “Element has been completely remodelled, raising the bar for office accommodation not only in Birchwood, but the whole of the out-of-town office market.” Canning O’Neill are joint leasing agents.
