Bridgepoint commits to London with Almacantar prelet

Almacantar has pre-let all seven floors, over 83,000 sq ft, of its offices at Marble Arch Place to Bridgepoint. The development is to become the pan-European private equity investor’s new global headquarters. 5 Marble Arch is part of Almacantar’s Marble Arch Place mixed-use development, designed by Rafael Viñoly, which also incorporates 26,000 sq ft of retail and a 19-storey residential building, The Bryanston Hyde Park. William Jackson, managing partner, Bridgepoint said: “Bridgepoint is committed to London and the Almacantar building at Marble Arch Place will provide a great working environment for our UK activities for the next decade and beyond.” Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield advised Almacantar.
