Bridges and Stoford to build £20m shed

The Bridges Property Alternatives Fund and Stoford have teamed up to acquire and develop an 18-acre site in the Wednesfield area of Wolverhampton, at a cost of around £20m.

The site, which is to be renamed Pantheon Park, is located near junction 10 of the M6.  It has been unoccupied for more than 10 years and has planning permission for 400,000 sq ft of warehouse space.

Guy Bowden, acquisitions director for the Bridges Property Alternatives Fund, said: “Our aim as an investor is to deliver attractive commercial returns alongside measurable societal impact.”
