A council-developer joint venture has released plans to transform the 380,000 sq ft derelict Victorian Brierfield Mill in Lancashire into a hotel and flats.
The masterplan was devised by David Morley Architects.
The development is being led by a joint venture between Pendle council and Barnfield Investment Properties.
Pendle council bought the mill for £1.5m in 2012 through a 100% grant from the Homes & Communities Agency.
Preparatory works are currently under way at the mill.
