Brightbay strengthens senior team with Chancerygate hire

Brightbay Real Estate Partners has appointed George Jerram as director of asset management. The REIT has also promoted Mary Hedges (pictured left), Sarah Moon (second left) and Sarah Jones to director level to support growth in assets under management. Jerram joins from Chancerygate, where he had been a director in its asset management department since March 2019. In that role, he was responsible for the firm’s industrial portfolio, including both its balance sheet and third-party asset management mandates, and was involved in the acquisition of properties for those mandates. Prior to joining Chancerygate, Jerram held roles at Square Metre Asset Management and Colliers International. Stephen Oakenfull, chief executive, said: “These promotions and George’s appointment not only strengthen Brightbay’s senior management team, but they ensure we have the foundations and structures in place to maintain the momentum we have seen in recent months and deliver our ambitious growth strategy.” Image © Brightbay
