Bristol Alliance, the Land Securities and Hammerson joint venture, has signed 13 food and drink operators to its as yet unnamed £500m retail scheme which will replace the city’s Broadmead precinct.
The retailers are: Carluccio, Raymond Blanc, Giraffe, Zizzi, Café Rouge, Blanc Brasserie,
Many will make their first foray into
Bristol Alliance Leasing Director, Keith Stone, commented: “We are delighted to have so many quality restaurateurs committed 20 months before opening, and many of them will be ‘firsts’ for the city – even for the South West region.”
He added: “With only one restaurant unit now remaining in Quakers Friars, the leasing campaign is well ahead of schedule.”
The fashion line up already includes Zara, Bershka, Schuh, Reiss, Top Shop, New Look, H&M, House of Fraser and Harvey Nichols.
The scheme has a total retail and leisure area, including restaurants and cafes, of 1m sq ft.
