Bristol business centre signs two new tenants

Almondsbury Business Centre in Bristol has signed two new tenants on long-term leases.

Charity Brandon Trust will occupy Draycott House, measuring 5,531 sq ft, on a 10-year lease with a five-year break. The building will serve as the firm’s new head office following its relocation from Olympus House in Patchway.

Meanwhile, law firm Kinherit has taken a five-year lease on Bradbrooke House, providing 4,142 sq ft of flexible office space.

The business park is now 93% let, with only one suite of 3,500 sq ft available to rent in Stanway House.

Almondsbury Business Centre, which comprises nine office buildings, was acquired by Skelton Group in 2017 and underwent a phased refurbishment.

Brandon Trust was represented by Burston Cook. Alder King and Hartnell Taylor Cook acted as joint agents for Almondsbury centre.

Tom Dugay of Alder King’s office agency team said: “Demand for good quality self-contained office buildings and small office suites in north Bristol remains consistently solid.”
