Midlands developer Earlplace has completed the freehold sale of a Bristol care home for £11.25m.
Earlplace has sold the scheme to private investment company Aprirose – a yield of 5.45%. The sale completed as the company achieved practical completion on the home, which is let to MHA.
It is the second deal between Earlplace and Aprirose in the past 12 months, after the sale of a care home in Leamington for £8m.
The 76-room home in Bristol is one of the first of a new model that provides nursing and dementia care for couples under one roof.
The Birmingham office of Savills acted for the purchaser.
