Vital Distribution has paid nearly £4m for the freehold of the 5,760 sq m (62,000 sq ft) former HMSO Stationery Office unit on Bristol Distribution Park, in one of the largest deals Bristol has seen this year.
The distribution company has expanded and consolidated its operation, relocating from three units in St Philips, Bristol. The scheme, at Bristol Distribution Park, has been vacant for about 12 months after the HMSO decided to move out of the premises.
