JLL and Alder King have been appointed to bring Skanska’s 66 Queen Square in Bristol to market at around £30m.
Construction of the office building is set to complete in the summer. In January Skanska prelet 52,000 sq ft to accountant KPMG on a 15-year lease.
Alex Jordan, Skanska’s leasing director, said: “Having announced the deal with KPMG, market interest in the development has been high. With a strong office sector in Bristol, the time is right to go to the market.”
