PRUPIM has been granted planning consent for a major refurbishment of its 36,000 sq ft One Victoria Street office building in Bristol.
The fund manager, on behalf of Prudential Pensions, will begin work in June to refurbish and extend the 1980s-built scheme, which overlooks Bristol Bridge and the city’s Floating Harbour.
The extension to the scheme will increase its size to 47,000 sq ft.
Completion is expected in summer 2013.
Knight Frank and Cubex have been appointed to market the scheme. Cubex has also been appointed as development manager and project manager.
