A private client of Healey & Baker has paid Countryside Commercial and Parlison Properties around £3.7m for West Point at Almondsbury Park, north Bristol, reflecting a 7.2% yield.
The 1,653 sq m (17,800 sq m) office block was let in February to IT systems provider Computacenter and Countryside’s own south west division on 15-year leases at a total rent of £267,615 pa.
