GVA has submitted plans for a mixed-use development in the Redcliffe area of Bristol.
The plans for the former car park were submitted by GVA on behalf of Redcliff MCC and include 136 flats and four shops.
Redcliff MCC also recently acquired 2.29 acres of adjacent land from Carlyle Group in a joint venture with Change Real Estate and Cannon Family Office. The site received planning permission in 2010 for a scheme including flats, a hotel, shops, offices and student accommodation.
In total, the scheme will deliver 500,000 sq ft of mixed-use development contributing to the ongoing regeneration of the Redcliffe area.
Richard Kidd, director at GVA in Bristol, said: “This new development will further enhance this area for visitors, and those looking to experience living in the heart of this energetic city.”
