Developer V7 has signed two new occupiers at its Dock House building in Bristol.
Offspring Films has prelet the first and second floors of the building, totalling 8,826 sq ft, while Paramount Interiors has taken 2,719 sq ft on the ground floor. Both have signed 10-year leases.
V7 bought Dock House in 2021, with a plan to refurbish and reposition the building to take advantage of its location. Paramount, headquartered in Cardiff, carried out the works on behalf of V7.
Colliers and CBRE were joint letting agents for V7.
James Preece, director in national offices team at Colliers, said: “It’s no surprise that we managed to fill this space so quickly as newly refurbished waterfront workspaces remain to be highly sought after in the Bristol area.”
