A British architect has been appointed to design
The £300m shopping centre in Siberia’s third-largest city,
The designs include a water park, family entertainment centre, ice rink and arena, 16-cinema complex, four-star hotel with 200 rooms, food courts and restaurants.
Bristol-based architect Atkins and developer RTM Development won the project after competing in an international tendering competition.
