A British couple who ran a £25m telemarketing scam claiming to show investors how to buy repossessed property and sell it on at a profit in the US have been sentenced to 24 years each in Orlando.
The court heard the scheme was bogus and much of the money Chantal McCorkle and husband William earned was laundered through offshore bank accounts.
