Central Corp has sold 3.24ha (8 acres) at Clearwater Business Park at Theale, Berkshire, to British Land for £15.25m.
The land has planning consent for a 13,610 sq m (146,502 sq ft) office park.
Central Corp is a joint venture between Lamron Estates and Pinstone Securities.
