British Land has let 238,000 sq ft of space in London since it published its half-year results in November.
A total of 34 deals were signed across its central London campuses, with lettings 6% ahead of ERV.
British Land said nine businesses had signed 125,000 sq ft at newly refurbished buildings at Broadgate, EC2, with tenants including Braze, Maven Securities, US law firm Jenner & Block and tech platform Symphony.
A further 14 deals totalling 47,000 sq ft have been signed across its flexible Storey platform.
Head of real estate Darren Richards said: “As companies consider future ways of working, demand is focused on the very best space, with an emphasis on sustainability, wellness, shared and flexible space and excellent transport connections.
“Our London campuses deliver this and as a result, we are seeing excellent leasing activity to innovative businesses in growth sectors, at rents ahead of ERV.”
The deals follow record leasing volumes in the first half, where 819,000 sq ft of deals were signed, including to Facebook and JLL, British Land’s busiest period for office leasing in a decade, in addition to effectively fully preletting 1 Broadgate four years ahead of completion.
A further prelet of 254,000 sq ft to Allen & Overy post-period end brings total office deals signed this year to 1.3m sq ft.
