NERA Economic Consulting has signed a lease for a new HQ at British Land’s Marble Arch House, W1.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease for 11,500 sq ft on the third floor. It will pay £72.50 per sq ft.
Marble Arch House, located on Seymour Street, comprises 61,200 sq ft of office space.
James Danby, head of office leasing at British Land, said: “Having launched the space in the spring, the leasing programme has gathered real momentum, with three significant deals completed in as many months. The building is close to being 50% let already.”
LEVY advised the tenant; CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
