British Land has secured its final letting at 100 Liverpool Street, EC2.
Hudson River Trading will lease the 20,300 sq ft top floor of the building on a 10-year term. It will join Peel Hunt, Japan’s Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe, Bank of Montreal and law firm Milbank at the site.
The building is British Land’s first net-zero carbon development and was one of the first in London to be net zero carbon at completion in November 2020. The building recently received a BREEAM Outstanding rating and WELL Gold certification.
Mike Wiseman, head of office leasing at BL, said the deal was “testament to our strategy to deliver best-in-class workplaces for our customers”.
British Land was advised by JLL and CBRE.
