British Land has signed up three new food and beverage brands at Paddington Central, W2, as part of its plans to increase the amount of retail and leisure at the West London campus, after acquiring the site for £470m in 2013.
Huckster, the 80s-inspired new London dining concept, has taken 4,700 sq ft at 4 Kingdom Street on a 15-year lease, which will also house a karaoke bar with booths available for hire for up to 30 people.
In addition, California-inspired poke bowls eatery Lords of Poké is to open its second permanent outlet at the West London campus having agreed to let 840 sq ft on a 10-year lease. Italian eatery Coco di Mama has also signed a 10-year lease for 1,100 sq ft.

Tim Haddon, head of campus at Paddington Central for British Land, said: “Huckster offers a completely different experience to anywhere else in the area and Lords of Poké and Coco di Mama specialise in gourmet grab-and-go options.
“The lettings are testament to our investment in curating a vibrant canal-side destination for the local community, workers and visitors, and further strengthen the campus’ reputation as a leading seven-day-a-week neighbourhood in central London.”
Since acquiring Paddington Central in 2013 for £470m British Land has invested £100m in the transforming the public realm at the 11-acre campus along with the construction of 4 Kingdom Street.
