British Land has launched a public consultation on its revised plans for 5 Kingdom Street at its Paddington Central campus.
The REIT is aiming to provide 570, 487 sq ft of new office space, including 6,458 sq ft of space for SMEs and 18,298 sq ft of restaurant and café space on the final undeveloped plot at the campus.
Underneath the ground level of the site is also a space that is being used for the construction of Crossrail and which is larger than the pitch at Wembley Stadium.
Once Crossrail is complete, British Land will regain control of the space.
British Land is looking at a range of uses for the 86, 111 sq ft space, including a 10,764 sq ft auditorium, as part of its development of 5 Kingdom Street.
The development would also create a new public route linking Paddington to North Westminster.
British land acquired part of the Paddington Central office campus for £470m in 2013 and completed the purchase of One Sheldon Square for £210m in 2015.
A planning application is expected to be submitted this spring.
