Brixton said this morning that its limited partnership with Prudential Life Assurance, Heathrow Big Box Industrial and Distribution Fund, has secured two lettings at Axis Park, Langley.
The 675,000 sq ft (62,795 sq m) park, one of the partnership’s two holdings near Heathrow, is now fully let.
Circle Express has agreed to take the 31,454 sq ft Unit C on a 20-year lease with a tenant-only break option at the end of the 15th year.
It will pay £345,994 pa (£11 per sq ft) after a rent-free period of five months and six days.
Seko Worldwide has also signed to take the 33,477 sq ft Unit Six on a 15-year lease with a tenant-only break at the end of the 10th year.
It will pay £380,804 (£11.38 per sq ft) after a rent-free period of six months.
The units were subject to a maximum two-year rental guarantee of £11 per sq ft provided by Brixton when Heathrow Big Box was created in June.
This was given in anticipation of achieving the lettings with Unit C already under offer at that time.
