Brixton Estate has agreed three leases at its Southwood Business Park, Farnborough, all at £129 per sq m (£12 per sq ft). Solatron, a subsidiary of the Roxboro Group, has taken a 15-year lease with a 10th-year break for 703 sq m (7,570 sq ft), and with three months rent free.
Equinox Solutions has signed an agreement for lease for two buildings, totalling 1,407 sq m (15,140 sq ft) on two 15-year leases. A six month rent-free period was granted in both cases.
The lettings represent a significant rise in rental value for Brixton, which bought the 15,328 sq m (165,000 sq ft) park a year ago with an average rent of just £88.80 per sq m (£8.25 per sq ft).
Following the deals there is no space left at the park
