Brixton Estate has secured its first letting at its Lutyens industrial centre, Kingsland Business Park, Basingstoke.
CFJ Holdings has taken units B and C, which comprise 2,027 sq m (21,820 sq ft), at the 5,674 sq m (61,080 sq ft) industrial warehouse scheme. The company will use the units for the storage of medical equipment and goods for the Rugby Football Union.
The lease is for 15 years on a FRI basis at an annual rent of £147,500 pa (£6.76 per sq ft), with a three-month rent-free period.
A third unit comprising 947 sq m (10,200 sq ft) is under offer, which leaves only three units, totalling 2,699 sq m (29,060 sq ft), available at the site.
London Clancy and Strutt & Parker are the letting agents for Brixton.
