Brixton Estate has received outline planning permission from Runnymede council for its proposals for Aviator Park, a 27,870 sq m (300,000 sq ft) office scheme at Addlestone, near Weybridge.

Brixton will submit detailed proposals for the scheme at the16-acre site, which is located one mile from junction 11 of the M25, after a surrender deal with existing tenant, Marconi Electronic Systems, has been signed.

Brixton chief executive Tim Wheeler said: “It is a perfect site for an office-style business park and I am sure it will provide great occupier appeal.”

Planning is still in the early stages, but an illustrative plan involving five buildings let to large businesses has been drawn up.

Insignia Richard Ellis is acting as letting agent for Brixton.
