British Land subsidiary Broadgate Estates will move its headquarters to 2
Kingdom Street, W2, in July.
It will occupy 26,150 sq ft on the second floor.
Broadgate Estates has recently taken on the management of Drake Circus, British Land’s 425,000 sq ft shopping centre in Plymouth.
Steve Whyman, chief executive of Broadgate Estates, said: “The relocation of Broadgate Estates’ headquarters to a larger space at Paddington Central reflects the very strong growth of our company’s business. British Land has ambitious plans for Paddington Central, and we are pleased to be joining the campus at this stage of its development.”
