Debenhams is to sign for 110,000 sq ft (10,219sq m) at the 515,000 sq ft (48,000 sq m) Broadway shopping centre in Bradford.
It will take a store on three levels at Forster Square Development Partnership’s scheme, with access to Leeds Road, Hall Ings and the shopping mall.
Debenhams is the first retailer to sign for space at the centre.
Simon Lyons & Co, Dunlop Heywood and Lunson Mitchenall are agents for Forster Square, which also includes Bradford council and Magellan Estates.
