Brockton is understood to be in talks to acquire Marks & Spencer’s Paddington headquarters for around £220m from the Korean Federation of Community Credit Cooperatives.
KFCCC, backed by financing from MetLife and Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance among others, acquired Waterside House from D2 Private in 2013 for £198m in a deal brokered by Gaw Capital.
Gaw Capital put the property up for sale on behalf of KFCCC last year. Marks & Spencer have occupied the 237,800 sq ft 13-storey building since 2003.
Brockton declined to comment. Gaw Capital declined to comment.
