Fund manager Brockton Capital has appointed CB Richard Ellis as sole letting agent on the 45,000 sq ft of office space available in the 1.5m sq ft mixed-use Mailbox scheme in Birmingham.
CBRE beat rival agents DTZ, GVA, GBR Phoenix Beard and Jones Lang LaSalle to the instruction.
Brockton partner David Zimmerman said: “We have significant capital budget allocated to maximise Mailbox’s potential and are continuing our comprehensive strategic review of the asset.”
Brockton paid £127.1m for the building in March, with Milligan Retail taking a minority stake.
