Bromley Council puts offices on market for resi redevelopment

Bromley Council has appointed Montagu Evans to market Bromley Civic Campus, a 215,289 sq ft site, for offers over £12.5m.

The civic campus comprises Bromley Civic Centre, including London Borough of Bromley’s civic offices, Bromley Palace and associated car parking.

Bromley Civic Centre is made up of six main buildings: Bromley Palace, the Stockwell Building, North Block, Rochester Block, Great Hall and St Blaise.

The civic campus is set within parkland and grouped around Bromley Palace, a Grade II listed manor house.

The site is being marketed with the potential for residential redevelopment. It benefits from being allocated within Bromley Council’s local plan to include residential development.

Bromley Civic Centre is being marketed for freehold acquisition, with vacant possession to be confirmed in due course as it is currently in use by the council for offices.
