Deloitte, Thales and Carter Jonas have all taken space at One The Square, in Cambridge’s CB1 business district.
Development specialist Brookgate announced that Deloitte will occupy 19,000 sq ft on the first floor, electronic systems company Thales will take 27,000 sq ft and property consultancy Carter Jones has secured 6,448 sq ft on the ground floor.
All three tenants have signed a 10-year lease.
One The Square, one Cambridge’s largest speculative developments, is now almost 50% pre-let, ahead of its completion in November 2016.
The building comprises over 129,000 sq ft Grade A office space with 13,000 sq ft retail space and is expected to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating for sustainability.
A total of 570,000 sq ft offce spaces is being delivered by CB1, which is already home to companies including Microsoft and Mott MacDonald.
