Generic Holdings Corporation, a new research and development company, have become the first to take space at Brookmount Estates’ 28,200-sq ft hi-tech development, which is situated at Kings Court, Cambridge.
The company are taking 7,000 sq ft at a rent of £60,000 pa, a rent which agents Bidwells say reflects the special flexible lease. Generic are expecting substantial growth over the next five years.
However, the lease includes a break option after three years.
Kings Court is in three separate buildings around a garden, and units range from 2,642 sq ft to 21,000 sq ft. The quoted asking rent is £7.50 per sq ft.
