The O’Callaghan Brothers, responsible for one of London’s most successful Irish pubs, the O’Conor Don in Marylebone, are to roll out the concept across the UK and eventually into Europe and America.
With backing from Guinness and United Distillers, an outlet at Tower Bridge will be open later this year.
