The 600,000 sq ft development will include approximately 30,000 sq ft of retail space at ground level, including cafés and restaurants with al fresco dining with a focus on new and independent concepts.
Amazon has prelet 430,000 sq ft of space at Principal Place, and will take occupation of the building in 2017.
