Brum office block sold

Norfolk-House-Birmingham-THUMB.jpegThe Conygar Investment Company has completed on the sale of Norfolk House, Birmingham for a consideration of £12.3m.

The sale price for the 115,000 sq ft office block includes a surplus of £1m or 8.8% over the September 2014 valuation.

The current rental income is £915,000 per annum. Some 19,000 sq ft are vacant.

Conygar chief executive Robert Ware said: “We are pleased to have disposed of Norfolk House at a decent premium while also significantly reducing our vacancy rate and associated empty property costs.”
