Urban Splash’s Fort Dunlop scheme in Birmingham has clinched a hat-trick of retail lettings – one week after announcing the first office tenant.
Furniture and home accessories store Dwell is taking a 12,000 sq ft ground floor unit in its first retail outlet outside London, Snap Galleries is relocating from the Custard Factory in Birmingham to take 2,000 sq ft and The Daily Grind Coffee Company will occupy a 600 sq ft unit.
The retailers follow Boxer, the design agency that created the former tyre plant’s new image, and its sister company, the Marketing Store who took 7,675 of office space on a 12 year lease at £10 per sq ft.
The scheme will offer 300,000 sq ft of office space and 45,000 sq ft of leisure and retail.
GVA Grimley and DTZ are joint letting agents.
