Bruntwood has appointed CBRE and Knight Frank as joint agents on its City House redevelopment above Leeds station.
The building will comprise 119,210 sq ft of flexible office space, with full floors of 9,630 sq ft available.
The redevelopment of City House is part of the long-term regeneration of the train station, which recently opened a new £20m southern entrance.
