Bruntwood SciTech adds another tenant to Manchester’s Bond

Digital business service provider Teleperformance has become the latest tenant at Bruntwood SciTech’s workspace and leisure destination Bond in Manchester. The deal was signed for 24,000 sq ft across three floors, making the 50,000 sq ft building fully let. According to EG Radius, asking prices in the building are in the high £30s per sq ft. The space will give Teleperformance a new regional HQ in the heart of the city and features its own dedicated entrance plus training and events space. The Grade II listed Bond building was refurbished last year to suit innovation-led businesses. The works included modernising four floors of workspace as well as preserving and restoring the building’s original features and heritage, such as the double-height banking hall and second-floor dome room. A range of amenities were also added, including a gym, cycle hub, contemplation room, shared lounge and breakout spaces. Other tenants include data technology company B-Corp, architecture practice Bennetts Associates, SafetyCulture and payments company Corpay. Karl Wise, executive director at Teleperformance, said: “Bond will serve as a workspace for our employees and also our clients that we work in close partnership with.
