Bruntwood SciTech adds tenant at Circle Square

Bruntwood SciTech has grown the life sciences community at Manchester’s No.1 Circle Square, with Avalere Health signing as the latest tenant. The consultancy, which specialises in healthcare strategy and data analytics, has established a 6,000 sq ft headquarters, neighbouring with HPE, Mills & Reeve, Roku, BlueSkeye AI and Oyster Ventures. Asking rents at No.1 Circle Square are £31.50 per sq ft. Josh Whiteley, commercial director at Bruntwood SciTech, said: “Circle Square is designed to support ambitious businesses like Avalere, offering them access to a fast-growing tech community and the collaborative environment they need to succeed.
